I have a lot of different seed packets, and I need to start using them. I thought I would do this over the summer and have plants on the deck. But I got really busy and did not start them. So its looking more and more likely that I will do them indoors over Fall and Winter. Not sure if this is a good idea. But I have all the equipment and soil....
Listening to Shonan Beach FM, late night Jazz, which made me think of the Jazz in Cowboy Bebop as I have been thinking about Cowboys lately with the research for the Colorado Rail Game. While I haven’t learned about ranching, cattle or individual Cowboys or the likes of Buffalo Bill, I am surrounded by books, stories and myths that drew people west. The public library has my old railroad books next to the history of Colorado as I go though all the books looking for railroad information....
Where does one start. Rome is so old, that you literally have to go down layers of dirt and dust in order to find it. There are many things that makes me interested in Rome, but what really surprises me is that I just was there. I never thought I would visit again. Some things that make me interested in Rome. I have been thinking about about this future project. Yesterday I watched a video by indi Game Clinic who was talking about Game Loops. And he basically said for solo/indi game devs not to worry about game loops and rather focus on the treasure chests. These treasure chests are the individual components that make your game fun… and once you have enough of them, you can combine them into a game loop....
Post Ironman I am struck by how much free time I have. I feel that its a good time to think about the blue sky and green fields. Basically what do I want to fill my time with next… aka blue sky.
